Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want ClinicPylot to pay for itself. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the pilot and for ongoing subscriptions.
1. Six-week pilot (₹999) — refund guarantee
The introductory ₹999 six-week pilot comes with a refund guarantee. If, by the end of the pilot, the Service has not generated recovered revenue or value for your clinic, you may request a full refund of the ₹999 pilot fee. To qualify, the clinic must have completed reasonable onboarding (added patients and enabled follow-ups) during the pilot.
Refund requests for the pilot should be made within 7 days of the pilot ending by emailing us. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.
2. Subscriptions (₹1,499/mo or ₹12,000/yr)
- Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once the period has begun.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- For annual plans, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund of unused full months in cases of genuine hardship or extended service failure.
3. How to cancel
To cancel a subscription or request a refund, email sawhneyarnav87@gmail.com from your registered clinic email with your clinic name. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there has been abuse of the Service, violation of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp / Meta policies, or fraudulent activity. Third-party charges (such as WhatsApp conversation fees passed through, if any) are non-refundable once incurred.
